At completion of this course, the learner will know the basic functions of Open Dental. By the end of the course, the learner will know the role of our Patient Service Center and how to build an effective schedule.

H102: MODULE 3 | The Patient Experience - Care Cycle & Data Gathering
At the completion of this course, the learner will understand the PDA’s guidelines for medical history, blood pressure and pulse, intraoral photos, radiographs, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings for new and existing patients. At the completion of this course, the learner will understand how to connect with the patient using the PDA’s Clinical Router. At the completion of this course, the learner will understand how to prepare for an effective morning huddle and how to complete the Morning Huddle Chart Review.
