THE CARE CYCLE

Established by the Professional Dental Alliance, The Care Cycle is the complete patient experience.

It is defined by our Success Principles – the lens we look through when caring for our patients. These principles provide the guidelines, mechanics, and empathetic approach that enable our team to provide best-in-class care.

Success doesn’t happen by chance.

It’s the result of having the right formula in place to give patients an exceptional experience during every visit. Our practices are designed to deliver on the things that we know matter most to our patients. These include, but are not limited to, same-day appointments, comprehensive examinations, and educating patients on their oral care to develop a tailored “Best-Fit Care Plan” for each patient.

The Care Cycle highlights fundamental aspects that guide us through a patient visit starting with the first encounter. From gathering the correct insurance information to verifying the correct tooth number for a procedure, the Care Cycle is intended to enhance the patient experience and minimize adverse outcomes in patient care.

FIVE Phases of Care

The Care Cycle encompasses 5 different phases in the patient experience. The patient experience starts even before the patient enters our practice and doesn’t end at the end of their appointment. It is a true cycle.

1. Patient Engagement
2. Data Gathering
3. Diagnosis
4. Care Discussion
5. Care Commitment

Think of our team as an orchestra.

Working together in perfect harmony is the only way to create a beautiful symphony.

Every role within a practice plays a significant part, whether that be Front Desk Coordinators, Treatment Coordinators, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Doctors, or Office Managers.

Every “note” our symphony performs is meaningful within the Five Phases of the Care Cycle, and providing best-in-class dental care for every patient at every visit takes every member of our team working together to build the exceptional patient experience.

Our Mission starts with WHY.

We are in business because we want to
help people achieve a better quality of life.
