Pittsburgh, PA (March 1,2021) – North American Dental Group (NADG), a leading dental support organization, has welcomed Keith Carrington as its chief compliance and privacy officer. Carrington will support NADG’s 250 affiliated dental practices across 15 states in continued adherence to local and federal regulatory requirements while advancing internal compliance procedures that govern the company’s day-to-day operations.

“I am humbled and grateful for this opportunity to join a growing world-class organization that is focused on delivering best-in-class oral care for every patient at every visit,” Carrington said. “NADG is redefining how dental support organizations build patient-centric and innovative support systems and I look forward to being part of a great team doing this important work.”

NADG CEO Ken Cooper says Carrington is joining at a progressive juncture in the company’s growth.

“At NADG, we are at the forefront of using technology to help modernize dentistry and improve the efficient delivery and accessibility of oral care for our supported providers and their patients,” said Cooper. “It is critically important to have someone with Keith’s depth of experience and commitment to regulatory integrity guiding our compliance initiatives in a rapidly changing environment.”

Carrington most recently worked at a Florida healthcare technology and services company where he developed and implemented compliance programs, designed audit protocols, and revamped a code of ethics. He has previously worked at DaVita Inc. where he managed compliance issues in the clinical laboratory and primary care divisions and at Scherr McClure where he designed a risk-based vendor management and audit program. He also held a compliance role at CTC Health Services LLC.
