Doctor inFusion is a program that introduces our core competencies of cultural engagement, best-in-class clinical care, and community support to our newly hired, newly affiliated dentists.

In addition to pre- and post- work, Doctor inFusion takes place in person over a 4-5 day period in Charlotte, NC.
As you come together with your colleagues, you will engage in a training and advancement program that focuses on our culture of support, clinical development and expectations, and provides an introduction to our community of mentors.
