Refresh Dental Management Named to Inc. Magazine 2013 Top 500 Fastest-Growing American Companies

Refresh Dental Management is honored and pleased to announce that it has been named to Inc. magazine’s prestigious 32nd annual list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. The company founders will travel to the awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. October 10-12, 2013.

Inc. magazine has ranked Refresh Dental Management No.441 on its 32nd annual Inc. 500, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy -America’s independent entrepreneurs. Refresh Dental Management joins an elite list of companies such as Microsoft, Zappos, Jamba, Zipcar, Vizio, Oracle, and many other well-known organizations as members of the Inc. 500. To be included on this year’s list, companies had to exhibit a three-year growth of more than 918% in sales.

Kenneth Cooper, Chief Executive Officer originally from Columbiana, Ohio, and current resident of Canfield, Ohio, founded Dental Express and grew the brand from (1) location to (8) locations from October, 2008 to October, 2010. In October, 2010, Mr. Cooper partnered with Dr. Andrew Matta, Chief Medical Officer and Dr. Chad Wise, Chief Operating Officer, both of New Castle, PA and the three partners co-founded Refresh Dental Management in December, 2010. Inc. 500 Methodology

The 2013 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2009 to 2012. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2009. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2012.
(Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2009 is $100,000; the minimum for 2011 is $2 million.
