Dental Express Reopens One of Area’s Largest Dental Offices

(Boardman, OH) – North American Dental Group (NADG), previously known as Refresh Dental Management, is pleased to announce that their Dental Express location in Boardman OH, one of the area’s largest dental offices, has reopened their full-service multi-specialty location at 6540 South Avenue after five weeks of extensive renovations to the practice.

“We now have a complete state-of-the-art facility,” says Jon Seigel, Purchasing and Facilities Specialist for NADG and Dental Express. “We’ve updated the entire facility including the waiting rooms, examination rooms, and the equipment used by our doctors and hygienists in treating patients.” Seigel estimates that the total amount invested in the rehabilitation at the 20+ operatory dental office is one of the largest local investments by NADG to date, with a total investment since inception that now exceeds 2 million dollars.

The twenty-one examination rooms at this location now feature a computerized records system, digital radiographs, over-the-patient delivery systems, oral cameras, flat screen monitors and televisions in every operatory, and enterprise & cloud-based management systems. All of the rooms in the building have been completely remodeled.

“I think it really improves the service that we can provide to our patients at this location,” said Amanda Gushura, Regional Manager for the dental group. The practice is going through a soft opening over the next week or so, according to Gushura, and is planning to hold a grand opening for patients sometime in the middle or late August.

“We feel that it is important to invest in our locations in the Mahoning Valley,” said Andy McBryde, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for North American Dental Group & Dental Express. “This is the second location that we started with as a company in 2008. We are always happy to invest in our roots of the Mahoning Valley and to remain a trusted partner in this community, and ultimately improve our patient services and patient experience.”

In addition to the physical improvements to the location, Dental Express will introduce evening and weekend hours with additional doctors and specialists over the next few months to this Boardman location. This will increase patient care and expanded services such as advanced general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, implants, endodontics, and periodontics. The Dental Express brand accepts all insurances, including CareSource and Medicaid.
