Refresh Dental is celebrating the opening of their eighth area location with the addition of a new office at 5600 Mahoning Avenue in Austintown.
Dr. Terrence Flinn will lead his team in providing the community with all aspects of dentistry services. Dr. Flinn is a graduate of Xavier University and the Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry. He has practiced in the area for 35 years and was most recently with Dental Health group in Salem.
